These are the full Terms and Conditions of the Recycled Glassware Company (retail) and Jarapa Ltd in taking, fulfilling and delivering your retail order. Please take the time to read them carefully. If any of these terms are unclear please contact us. Wholesale customers should not order using this site - they should visit the Wholesale pages and contact us for wholesale prices.
Order & Payment
Once you have added your purchases to the Cart, click View Cart to review your order, and then click Checkout. Then follow the simple instructions on screen. You can either checkout as a one off customer or register your details for next time. You will be given the opportunity to verify all your details immediately before final payment. You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. Payment is made through a secure payment system. Once you have paid you can view and print your invoice, this will also be emailed to you. We will also send you an order confirmation once we have confirmed we can fulfil your order.
All items are subject to stock availability. All goods must be paid for before they are dispatched. Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur, and goods may occasionally be out of stock. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you within 5 days we will treat your order as cancelled.
Description of Products
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time of purchase but please note that there maybe variations in colour and size as many items are hand made from recycled or natural materials.
Delivery to Mainland UK
(Highlands and Islands are excluded)
Orders less than £50 : £5.95
Orders over £50 : FREE
Standard delivery time is 2 - 3 working days. Delivery to UK mainland addresses: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, excluding public holidays. Whilst every effort is made to have your purchase packed and dispatched within the standard delivery time at busy times this may vary up to 14 days.
PLEASE NOTE ALL PARCELS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE OR IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO BE IN PLEASE LEAVE A NOTE FOR THE COURIER TO LEAVE IN A SAFE PLACE.
THE COURIER WILL ATTEMPT TO DELIVER THE PARCEL TWICE AND WILL LEAVE A CARD WITH CONTACT DETAILS TO REARRANGE DELIVERY. IF DELIVERY IS NOT RE-BOOKED AND THE PARCEL IS RETURNED AN ADDITIONAL COST FOR REDELIVERY WILL BE APPLICABLE IN MOST CASES THIS WILL BE £5.95
If your consignment has not arrived within 7 days please email email@example.com or phone 0845 5191982 between 9am & 5pm so we can determine the status of your delivery with the courier.
Delivery to, UK Islands and Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland (RoI)
Orders less than £100 : £12.95
Orders over £100 : FREE
Standard delivery time is 7-10 working days up to 21 days at busy times.
Delivery outside UK or RoI
We can deliver to most countries; please email us your full address the item code and quantity and we will give a competitive quote for shipping.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Should you wish to return anything bought from us because you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Under the Consumer Contract Regulations Act
you have 14 days after receipt of goods to notify us of a return by email or phone 0845 5191982. You then have 14 days in which to return the goods. If you do not inform us, or make the return, within this time, you forfeit the right to return the goods unless they are faulty.
All goods must be returned in original, undamaged retail packaging. Returned items must be sufficiently well packed for shipping - items which become damaged in return due to inadequate packaging will not be refunded. Once you have packed you item for return please send via your normal package service (usually via the post office) to Jarapa RETURNS c/o Gillards warehousing, Trident Works, Marsh Lane, Temple Cloud, Bristol, BS39 5AZ
Items returned in satisfactory condition within agreed timescales will receive a full refund of the original sale price excluding postage charges
Carriage costs of returned goods are to be paid by the purchaser. Only the price of the item will be refunded and not any carriage costs. Returned items which are damaged in return due to inadequate packaging will not be refunded.
Should you receive items which are broken or faulty, please let us know immediately by email or phone, a photo maybe required.
